At Ever After Meadows at B & A Farms, we’ve thoughtfully designed our venue and services to make your day feel as easy and enjoyable as possible. From beautiful spaces for getting ready and celebrating to tables, chairs, signage, setup assistance, and cleanup, we take care of the details included in your package so you can focus on what matters most.
Our goal is simple: to create a welcoming, stress-free experience where you can be fully present, soak in every moment, and enjoy the wedding day you’ve been dreaming of.

The Ever After Meadows Wedding Experience
We want your wedding day to feel beautiful, relaxed, and completely yours. Our wedding experience includes the spaces, essentials, and thoughtful touches designed to make your day feel a little more effortless.

• Your choice of our indoor or outdoor ceremony setting
• Reception and cocktail spaces
• Private bridal and groom suites

• Setup of venue tables and chairs
• Linens from our available inventory
• Charger plates and water goblets
• Access to our collection of select wedding décor and signage
• Assistance with decorating and setup of venue-provided décor
• Day-of coordination
• Venue cleanup after your celebration
• Access to the farm and grounds for wedding-day photos
• A few of your favorite snacks and nonalcoholic drinks waiting for you in both wedding suites

Saturday Weddings — $6,000
Friday Weddings — $5,500
Sunday Weddings — $5,000
Monday–Thursday Weddings — $3,500

Intimate Weddings & Elopements — $2,500
For celebrations of up to 40 guests, our Intimate Wedding & Elopement Package offers a beautiful and personal way to begin your forever surrounded by the people who matter most.
Day of Coordination
We want you and your family to be able to enjoy the wedding day instead of worrying about what needs to happen next.
Our day-of coordination is included with your wedding experience to help keep your day organized and running smoothly. We’ll help with your wedding-day timeline, coordinate your ceremony processional, communicate with vendors as needed, and help keep the important moments of your celebration on track.
From making sure everyone is ready for the walk down the aisle to helping your reception flow smoothly, we’ll be there behind the scenes so you can focus on what matters most—celebrating your day.
Rehearsals & Rehearsal Dinners
Complimentary Wedding Rehearsal
We want you to feel confident and prepared for your special day! All wedding packages include the option of a complimentary 1.5-hour ceremony rehearsal the day before your wedding, subject to venue availability. Rehearsals must be scheduled in advance.
Rehearsal Dinner Package — $1,500
Make the celebration even more special by gathering with your closest family and friends the evening before your wedding!

Up to 60 guests
4 hours of venue access

Table setup and breakdown
Venue cleanup
The four-hour rental includes decorating, vendor setup, and removal of personal belongings.
Rehearsal dinners are an optional add-on and are subject to venue availability.
Additional Information
Payment
We require a $1,000 non-refundable deposit at bookings. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the ceremony.
For general events payment is due in full time of booking.
Events other than weddings
Rental Rate: $100 per hour
Minimum rental: 4 hours
